| 2/3 C | White Corn Syrup |

Instructions
- Knead as much flour into the butter as it will hold. The wad of butter and flour will be about the size of a small orange.
- Cook sugar, syrup and half of the cream for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining cream and cook until it cracks when tried in cold water.
- Add butter + flour mixture and stir until smooth.
- Add nuts or anything desired.
- Pour into greased pan and cut into squares when cool.
