1/4 tsp.Salt
2Large Eggs
1 c.Light Brown Sugar, packed
1 c.Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line tiny muffin cups with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs. Gradually add the brown sugar and beat until well combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir until just incorporated.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the centers are set.
  8. Let the bon bons cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
