Instructions
- Prepare Components: Bake your favorite three-layer chocolate cake and allow the layers to cool completely. Prepare the sweetened whipped cream by beating heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble Layer 1: Place the bottom cake layer on your serving plate. Peel and arrange whole bananas on top, leaving a little space between them.
- Cover the bananas and the entire first layer with a generous amount of whipped cream.
- Assemble Layer 2: Carefully place the second layer of cake on top. Cover this layer with just whipped cream.
- Finish: Place the third (top) layer of the cake on top. Frost the entire cake—top and sides—with the remaining whipped cream.
- Decorate the top with shaved chocolate, if desired. Keep refrigerated.
