1 packageWhite Cake Mix
1 package (3 oz)Lemon Jello
4Eggs
2/3 cupWater
2/3 cupWesson Oil
1 tablespoonLemon Flavoring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the water and Wesson oil. Sprinkle the dry lemon Jello powder on top and mix until it dissolves.
  3. Add the dry cake mix and mix well.
  4. Add the 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the lemon flavoring.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared tube pan.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, or until a long wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
