Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix and sugar.
  4. Pour in the room-temperature beer and stir until just combined. The batter will be slightly lumpy.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ⅔ full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the biscuits cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before serving.
