Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a standard loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, pumpkin, eggs, and oil. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula until just combined.
