Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cardamom, and salt.
- In a separate medium bowl, beat the eggs. Whisk in the honey and oil, followed by the yoghurt (or sour cream) and buttermilk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- Stir just until everything is lightly mixed. A few lumps in the batter are okay.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges are dry, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
