Instructions
- Brew 2 quarts of strong tea. While it is still hot, add the sugar and stir until it dissolves completely. Allow the sweet tea to cool to room temperature.
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the cooled sweet tea, pineapple juice, thawed lemonade concentrate, and water.
- Stir in the mint or peppermint extract.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with fresh orange slices.
