1/2 CupSugar
1 CupPineapple Juice
1 (6 oz) CanFrozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed
3 CupsWater
1/2 tspMint Or Peppermint Extract

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 quarts of strong tea. While it is still hot, add the sugar and stir until it dissolves completely. Allow the sweet tea to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the cooled sweet tea, pineapple juice, thawed lemonade concentrate, and water.
  3. Stir in the mint or peppermint extract.
  4. Chill thoroughly.
  5. Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with fresh orange slices.
