A wonderfully refreshing and frothy tropical drink. The process of freezing, blending, and straining creates a light “crush” texture.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and crushed pineapple.
- Freeze the mixture until it is slushy.
- Transfer the slushy mixture to a blender and blend until it becomes frothy.
- Strain the mixture, pressing as much juice through the strainer as possible.
- Chill the strained liquid thoroughly.
- Stir the drink before serving.
- Pour into six 8oz glasses. If desired, add 1 oz. of light rum to each glass.
- Garnish each glass with a pineapple stick and a sprig of mint.
