Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan or stockpot, combine the apple cider, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring to ensure the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes.
