1 shot (1.5 oz)Brandy or Cognac
Juice of 2Oranges
Juice of 1Lemon
½ - ¾ cupSugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the Burgundy wine, brandy, fresh juice from the oranges and lemon, and sugar.
  2. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Adjust sweetness to your taste.
  3. For the best flavor, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  4. Just before serving, add the fresh apple wedges and orange slices to the pitcher.
  5. Serve in glasses over ice.
