Instructions
Step 1: Mixing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the 2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, 1 - 9 1/2 oz tuna, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp capers, 1/4 cup ripe olives, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard, and 1/2 tsp thyme until thoroughly blended and smooth.
Step 2: Shaping and Chilling
- Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in the 1/2 cup walnuts until evenly coated.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 2 hours before serving.
