Instructions
- In a slow cooker or large pot, combine the chili sauce, grape jelly, and lemon juice. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the jelly melts and the sauce is smooth.
- In a large bowl, gently mix the ground beef, beaten egg, and grated onion with your hands until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into small, 1-inch party-sized meatballs.
- Carefully place the raw meatballs into the simmering sauce.
