1 poundRaw Pork Sausage
10 ouncesSharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, raw pork sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Using your hands, mix the ingredients together thoroughly until everything is well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small, 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the sausage balls on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving warm.

Note

For easier mixing, allow the sausage and cheese to come to room temperature before combining them with the baking mix.
