Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, raw pork sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Using your hands, mix the ingredients together thoroughly until everything is well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small, 1-inch balls.
- Place the sausage balls on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels before serving warm.
Note
For easier mixing, allow the sausage and cheese to come to room temperature before combining them with the baking mix.
