Instructions
1. In the bowl of a mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled blue cheese, processed cheese spread, onion juice, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper. 2. Blend on medium speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth. 3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour, or until the mixture is firm enough to handle. 4. Once chilled, divide the mixture as desired and form into one or more balls. 5. If using a coating, spread it on a plate and gently roll the cheese ball(s) until evenly coated. 6. Wrap the finished cheese ball(s) in wax paper or plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
