¾ cup               Ranch Dressing
1 tbsp               Chives, chopped
½ tsp               Paprika
½ tsp               Seasoning Salt
½ tsp (Optional)     Onion Salt
For the Coating:
Approx. 1 cup             Chopped Walnuts or Parsley

Instructions

1.  In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped chives, paprika, seasoning salt, and optional onion salt. 2.  Mix with a spatula or an electric mixer on low speed until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth. 3.  Shape the mixture into a ball. For easier handling, you can chill the mixture for 30 minutes before shaping. 4.  Spread the chopped walnuts or parsley on a plate and roll the cheese ball in the coating until it is covered on all sides. 5.  Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour, or until firm. (This cheese ball also freezes well for future use.)
