| 1 Small | Onion, grated |
| 1-3 tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |

| 1/2 cup | Pecans, chopped |
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, softened Velveeta, and shredded sharp cheese. 2. Add the grated onion and Worcestershire sauce to the cheeses. 3. Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients together on low then medium speed until the mixture is completely smooth and well-blended. 4. Divide the cheese mixture in half. On a sheet of wax paper, shape each half into a log. 5. Spread the chopped pecans on a separate sheet of wax paper or a plate and roll each log in the pecans until evenly coated. 6. Wrap each log tightly in wax paper or plastic wrap and chill for at least 8 hours, or overnight, until firm. 7. To serve, unwrap, slice, and serve with crackers.
